Tieta is a new startup that has recently launched in Banbury, Oxfordshire, offering a solution to help busy companies with their customer services and requirements.
The company was founded by Caroline Walton and was previously the customer services arm of one of the UK’s largest short term lenders, which serviced over 300,000 customers over the course of 8 years.
Using this experience of working in a highly-regulated environment, TieTa was in the perfect position to launch during the pandemic to help businesses in need of extra customer service support.
The TieTa team is made up of experienced customer service agents who can assist with all your company’s needs including phone calls, emails, live chat, SMS, refunds, complaints, debt recovery and more.
With flexible options, your business can choose how many customer agents they require, with the choice to scale up or down as you wish.
There is a full training and onboarding process, to integrate your company’s technology with TieTa’s so that all calls, emails and correspondence are reported and tracked for quality purposes. Customer agents will be fully briefed so they know how to follow scripts and answer effectively on behalf of your company and its protocols.
Whilst TieTa originally planned to offer their services to regulated companies working in finance, they have found a surprising demand for covid-testing units, helping a number of firms with booking appointments, processing and delivering test results.
COO Tom Horne commented that “the company was in a great position to transfer their skills of working in a regulated environment to help companies with medical testing. I think the covid-testing companies had no idea how busy they were going to be and it has taken them by surprise, especially with holidays abroad slowly coming back and fit-to-fly tests an absolute necessity.”
Beyond answering customer calls and responding to emails, CEO Caroline Walton highlights the importance of understanding the brand and becoming an extension of their team.
“We want to be a real partner of your business and learn with you too,” she explained.
“The insights you get from your customers can be extremely valuable and we want to pass on this feedback and make your business as strong as possible. For the moment though, you can focus on what you do best and let TieTa take care of the rest!”
