Scrapbooks are becoming increasingly popular as a way to treasure beloved memories, keep track of artistic inspiration or just document our day-to-day lives. However, the days of glue sticks and glitter are behind us – now, technology can help your scrapbooking by printing directly onto pages, creating beautiful designs that can be augmented with stickers, tapes, decorative papers and more. In turn, it not only supports printing but also facilitates scanning and copying, and also comes with a duplex printing feature that saves time by printing both sides of the paper in one go. The automatic document feeder means you don’t have to manually feed papers into the system either, if you’re printing more than one sheet at a time.

Connectivity-wise, the PIXMA TS9521C allows you to print from all your devices, whether that is a smartphone, tablet, memory card or computer with AirPrint, Morea Print Service, and Wi Fi capability.

Pros:

  • Great printing quality
  • Suitable for crafting and scrapbooking paper sizes
  • Features a wide range of connectivity options

Cons:

  • Low printing speed

Verdict

The  PIXMA TS9521C is a great all-rounder, capable of fulfilling all your basic needs as far as scrapbook printing is concerned. The machine’s crafting focus, duplex ability and solid dpi make it our overall top choice. However, be prepared to wait a little for your prints to come out. The printing speed is 15 pages per minute black and white, or 10 pages per minute for color printing – not slow enough to trouble most home users, but still pretty slow compared to others on this list.

This printer is a good bet if you want to print high quality components for your scrapbook arrangement, but might not be able to seamlessly produce full pages.

  • Good printing speed
  • Innovative duplex function

Cons:

Verdict

The Epson WorkForce WF-7710 printer is the most versatile of all the models we reviewed. With its impressive double-sided capability across all of its functions, alongside a large paper size range, this is a perfect choice if you feel constrained by the conventional 12×12 scrapbook size. The main downside is the automatic document feeder only holding a small number of pages. However, considering the duplex ability, this should be mitigated slightly.
