Tell us about yourself?
I’m a Software engineer with a background in the development of software then I move to the quality of development of software (almost the same area). We believe our core is focused in providing great value in our services to our customers by having a mix between experienced people and the fresh of attitude and joy of young talent we train in-house specifically in the testing area.
If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
Be very careful with the people you trust, some of them will disappoint you, however don’t deny any help, you never know what’s in their life to ask for help
What problem does your business solve?
Mainly the quality delivered in the products of software, we make sure we invest our experience trying to avoid any defect to the final user, however, this is always a risk, but we try so hard to decrease it
What is the inspiration behind your business?
The passion we have in the quality of software, we are a very passionate about what we do and we wanted to share our passion with the young people and make them change their vision about what we do, most of them have the desire of create a video game, but they agree on the annoying of flaws they found while playing, so at the end we got an interception of interests.
What is your magic sauce?
Passion + Commitment in provide opportunities to recent graduated guys and a little bit of stubbornness (or too much probably)
What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
Make sure we have the right clients to work with and be a real contributor of success in their projects, increase our engagements so we can provide more “first opportunities” to the young guys that are looking a place to develop their talent and expertise.
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
create the right culture for our collaborators, they are really talented but at the same time they need a challenging place where they can grow and enjoy their freedom, all in one shot
How do people get involved/buy into your vision?
We would love to have start-ups in our sight, so we can share our passion and match theirs, I’m pretty sure the will understand our vision, culture and interest of provide a place to young guys to start their adventure in this challenging world.
