My name is priviledge shirichena. Im an electrician by profession and my entire career was in platnum group mining industry.So due to too much exposure in mining industry i decided to start my on mining adventure.
If you could go back in time a year or two, what piece of advice would you give yourself?
Always never give up despite challenges ,restrategize.
What problem does your business solve?
My busness is into gold mining.My goal is to provide jobs to my fellow relatives and friends so that they can make a living.
What is the inspiration behind your business?
I was inspired by other miners who are making a good living also uplifting their communities using proceeds from gold mining.The abundants of gold in my region also caused me to venture into gold mining.
What is your magic sauce?
I just believe in team spirit.I also think as young busness man with great vision to my self and my fellow citizens i stand to get assistant from the corporate world.
What is the plan for the next 5 years? What do you want to achieve?
To increase my gold production by five times,Also to increase my workforce so as to help many communities
What is the biggest challenge you’ve faced so far?
Lack of effective mining equipment,lack of finance to by equipment.lack of exploration gargets to locate and quantify resource available.
How do people get involved/buy into your vision?
I want people to make partnerships with individuals or companies so that we can join resources either technically or financially.
