Our inspectors have over 110 years of combined experience. They know the elevator industry from every aspect.
They each have extensive knowledge of the elevator industry and long relationships with company’s performing maintenance service and the state inspection authority. Each of our inspectors are Qualified Elevator Inspectors that are certified by the state of Maryland DLLR.
Timothy Marshall – Tim has been in the elevator industry for 23 years. Tim was a co-owner of Arundel Elevator Company until 2008, when the company was purchased by Kone.
Tim was the branch manager for Kone until 2009 when he decided to open Arundel Inspection Services. Since opening Tim has been assisting customers with their elevator consulting needs.
